If you cancelled with at least 24hrs notice you are entitled to a full refund or reschedule of your same type of trip, you will receive a coupon code to help you do this. If you cancelled less than 24hrs before your trip you are entitled to a 50% refund or a coupon code to put this refund towards another trip that better fits your availability. If you cancel less than 3hrs before your scheduled trip time you will not be entitled to any kind of refund. We know life happens, in any cancellation situation that involves special circumstances please call the number below to speak with a crew member about why you need to change your trip date/time and we will do our best to work with you.
