Cancellation Policy – O’side Whales
We understand that plans can change! Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:
Full Refunds or Credit (minus credit card fees) are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. If we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please call us directly. No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour.
