Getting to the O’side Whales vessel on time and in style!
Warm clothes will be a huge help in making sure you are comfortable on your trip. Even if it’s a warm day, the open ocean is always much cooler. Jackets are definitely recommended, as are waterproof and water-resistant clothes and accessories that help protect you from the sun and wind. Generally, if you can’t decide…it’s better to be over prepared than under.
We recommend getting to the dock 30 minutes early, to account for any unforeseen traffic or parking issues.
Please meet at the Oceanside Harbor, you can use the Jolly Roger as your meeting point and it will function in Google Maps to bring you as close to the boat as possible (1900 N Harbor Dr, Oceanside, CA 92054). You can also refer to the map above to find public parking (Harbor lot #3) and restrooms nearby that you may want to access before you board the boat.
Running late? Please call us at (760)383-1433 at least fifteen minutes prior to your boarding time. If you anticipate arriving later than your scheduled departure, we may have to leave as a courtesy to our other passengers.
Need to cancel for whatever reason, please contact us and try and let us know at least 24hrs before your scheduled trip.
